As I mentioned yesterday, the differences between Colossians 1 and 2 mean that we will be studying these two chapters differently. Colossians 1 was filled with Paul's opening statements of who he was and who he served, namely Jesus Christ. Since Paul was explaining for who and for what he stood, we needed to study those things.
While I normally don't use the same key words in one chapter for another (hence chapter key words), I'm sure you may have noticed that Colossians 2 focused on a few overall topics rather than new key words.
Before we dig into those topics, let's take a quick perusal of this chapter using our key words from Colossians 1: God, Gospel, Knowledge/Wisdom (in reference to knowledge from God, not from man), Prayer, All, Faith, and Hope.
